Presidenter does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information about you to the developer, ever. The app runs no developer-controlled servers and contains no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking SDKs.
Your gameplay state — decisions, achievements, career-best day count, country and leader name, and seen-content history — is stored locally on your device using Apple's standard on-device storage. It is not sent anywhere by the developer.
If you are signed in to Game Center, your career-best day count may be submitted to Apple's Game Center leaderboards. This uses Apple's own service and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. You can turn Game Center off in iOS Settings.
Presidenter includes an optional feature (My Cards → AI Generation) that lets you generate your own cards. It is inactive unless you choose to enable it and provide your own API key for OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google.
The optional high-quality Read Aloud feature can use Google Cloud Text-to-Speech. It is inactive unless you enable it and provide your own Google Cloud API key. When used, the card text to be spoken is sent from your device to Google's Text-to-Speech endpoint to synthesize audio. Your key is stored only in the iOS Keychain on your device and is never sent to the developer. The device's built-in voices, used by default, involve no network calls.
You can export a record of a completed reign as a file. It is created locally on your device and shared through the standard iOS share sheet to a destination you choose (Files, Mail, Messages, and so on). The developer never receives it.
Presidenter collects no data and is suitable for a general audience. No account or sign-up is required to play.
